Expert, compassionate weight loss care - designed for women
Nearly 2 in 3 women struggle with their weight, at some point in their lives. It is particularly common to experience weight loss issues during menopause, because of the hormonal changes that take place.
As women’s health experts, we understand that weight loss is rarely as simple as “eat less, move more.” Many of our patients come to us after years of trying every diet, supplement, or online program—only to feel frustrated and unheard.
Being overweight is a major health risk. It increases the risk of cardiovascular disease, cancer, metabolic disease and dementia. Not only does it shorten life, it also affects quality of life - with marked psychological and physical effects. Many women spend a lot of their time thinking about and worrying about their weight – a psychological burden on the individual but also their family, friends and work. During the menopause transition this can be compounded as our metabolic rate slows.
For women with a BMI over 30, or a BMI over 27 but with a weight-related medical problem, clinical interventions for weight loss may be appropriate.
Medication is not cheating - obesity is a medical condition that requires support and intervention. Losing weight will always be beneficial for your long term health.
Led by experienced doctors, our weight loss consultations are delivered in a calm, private, and supportive clinic environment. We combine medical expertise with personalised care, ensuring that every treatment plan is safe, effective, and designed around your unique needs, goals, and lifestyle.
Unlike online-only providers, we believe that true success comes from real, face-to-face relationships and ongoing health & lifestyle support. From your first consultation to your follow-up appointments, you’ll receive one-on-one attention from a named clinician who genuinely cares - with access to a wealth of resources, and supportive partner practitioners who are able to support you with sleep, movement, nutrition and emotional health. All available in our beautiful women’s health clinic.
